· End-of-fall-session field maintenance on Saturday 11/13/04. Paul Caracciolo called assigned teams
· Spring In-house coaches’ meeting on 3/14/05
· Beginning-of-spring-session field maintenance on 3/19/045
· Practices start 3/28/05
· In-house soccer starts on 4/2/05
· Soccer appreciation weekend 5/7/05 & 5/8/05
· In-house tournament day and championship day on 5/14/05 and 5/21/05, respectively. Raindate on 6/4/05.
· Spring registration will be held on two dates in January at the Community Room (to be determined).
· The CY05 Community Room SPSA reservation schedule will be reviewed and updated by the secretary.
· The procurement commissioner will confirm Action Shots availability for picture day (including Community Room reservation), tournament day and championship day.
Travel
· Reviewed won-loss records for the boys division (separately forwarded via e-mail).
Referee
· Referee re-certifications are currently ongoing
· SP club referee class to be held before the spring session
Coach &
Player Development
· Planning an E-license class in South Park for 3/18/05 – 3/20/05
· Unanimously approved the re-imbursement of PAWest sponsored coaching clinics for existing SPSA coaches (or others with board approval) from this date on.
Field Maintenance
· Middles School areas to be seeded
· Fill to be added to low spots on A-field
· Underground sprinkler system is available from Central Catholic (worth ~$1500 and asking $400). Dave Shero to investigate for spring disposition.
· Replacement doors for the concession stand to be delivered this week.
· No further progress on potential for second equipment building.

Open Discussion
· Mike Sommer stated that his experience with the U10B travel team was going well. Also that there were no problems with his travel game held at the Middle School, the fields were fine and his team brought “concessions” for both his team and his opponents.
