• Mark indicated that the Riverhounds are asking for a date for a camp and for club day.

 

In-House

 

• Coaches are to call players after the last day of registration.  Commissioners need to known about returning players by Feb. 13.

 

• The playing format for U6 will be discussed at the Feb. 13 meeting.

 

• March 13 is the in-house and travel coaches meeting.

 

Spring Registration

 

• 28 new in-house registrations

 

• 6 new travel registrations.  1 – U10 and 5 – U15.

 

• One more registration day is scheduled.

 

Travel

 

• If a team is moving up (or down) for spring, Tom Whitehurst needs to know ASAP.

 

• Dates for player evaluations still need to be set.

 

• Walt Kivala is taking the lead for selecting new uniforms.  Uniform selection committee will meet and present choices to the board.

Referees

 

• Need recruits of all ages to become referees.

 

 

Fields

 

• Dave Shero is recommending the use of sideline covers to protect the sidelines of A field and possibly some areas of the lower fields.
