In-House

 

U5/U6

 

·        No problems with number of players or length of game

·        Need to mention to coaches that positions (goal keepers) are not to be used

 

U8

 

·        There is an autistic child that may not be recommended to play at the U10 level due to safety concerns.

·        Halves are preferred over quarters.

 

U10

 

·        A number of complaints have been received (mostly from the girls) about the number of players on the field (8v8).

 

U12/U15

 

·        Jim Davis lost another player (Finleyville)

·        There are instances with U15 teams are playing players up when the game is lop-sided.

·        The maximum number a players for U12 will be 10 v 10.

 


Make-up

 

·        The March 25th game that was cancelled will be played during May 6.  The in-house tournament will be played on May 13th and 20th.

 

Travel

 

Uniforms

 

·        No new additions to the uniforms.  Uniform orders will be placed with Score.  A 2 year contract will lock in the current prices for 2 years.

 

Sportsmanship Sign

 

·        1 sign will be placed on the fence of A field.  A second sign will be placed at the end of the parking lot near the concession stand.

 

Clinics

 

·        The PAWest clinic has been cancelled due to lack of interest.

·        The goal keeper clinic will be held on June 7th from 6-8 pm.  From 6-7 pm the clinic will cover ages 10 – 12.  From 7-8 pm the clinic will cover ages 13 and over.  The $100 fee will be paid by the association.

 

Fields

 

·        There are DEP issues with the new field.

·        The township paid the water bills for Evans in 2005.  The association will send a thank you letter to the township.  First day of the spring season is March 25.
